I am:
-Married to the love of my life. I met him at a "frat" party in college and have been hooked ever since. We have been married for 17 years. He is my best friend and my biggest fan. None of this would be possible without his help.
-The mother of 3 amazing kidlets. My daughter Kaitlyn is 17 and she is full of life and laughter. She is a teeny-tiny thing with a huge personality. My daughter Hannah is 15 and she is the smartest kid I know. Her brain works in a way that I can't even imagine. She is super outgoing and has a really dry sense of humor that is a riot. My son Brendan is 10. He does everything at full speed and keeps us on our toes. He is super imaginative and loves legos and mine craft.

-The mom to 2 "furbabies." Our lazy dog is Boomer. He is a pit bull/Labrador mix. He loves to go for car rides and hates peanut butter. Our crazy cat is Finnegan. He sneaks outside every chance he gets. He is also a great lover of fuzzy blankets.

Random Facts About me:
-I love to read. I might have a slight book obsession.
-I prefer potato chips over chocolate.
-I love Target. I can't walk out of there without buying something. Ever.
-I have a bachelors degree in Special Education but I work in a Federal Prison.
-I have a really hard time paying full price for anything.
-I love sifting for potential treasures at thrift stores.
-I have a slight obsession with labels and my label maker.
-Messy spaces and disorganization cause me to go into stress mode...(I'm working on this one. Baby steps)
-My favorite kind of food is Italian.
-My dream job is to be a professional organizer.
-I am a sports nut. I grew up in the Boston area and am a huge fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins. We are Boston Strong.
Why I started this blog:
I have always been a very creative person. My job does not have any creativity in it. Zero. So I created this space to keep my creative juices flowing. I hope to share DIY projects, decorating ideas, organizing ideas, and some of my favorite recipes.
